My 1st Quickie: Oil Me Up

What’s better than an all-in-one when you’re short on time? Nothing. Well, okay more time would be better, but let’s say that’s not an option. Voila! Josie Maran is a quickie genius. Her argan oil does anything you can think of, and in a hurry. I first heard about the argan oil craze last summer when a friend told me it works wonders on split ends. I decided to do some research and found that any brand is suitable for your hair, but you want to be a bit more cautious of using the cheaper brands on your face---yes you can use this oil on your face! This is the reason I purchased the Josie Maran argan oil. I bought the smallest bottle she makes for $14 for 0.5oz at Sephora.
To my amazement, the organic argan oil actually repaired my split ends! If that doesn’t sound crazy, this will: After using the argan oil in my hair for a few days, it became less oily! I usually HAVE to wash my hair everyday or cover up the oily mess with a hat. I realized I could wash my hair every other day and my head didn’t look like I poured Crisco on it! Amazing. I also use the oil on my face. I’ve noticed the tiny squint lines have softened out and my face isn’t as oily when I wake up. To make the tiny bottle last, I dampen my fingertips with warm water then drop three drops of oil onto my fingers, rub them together then pat on my face. It’s as easy as that.
So, now to the Quickie part of this product. If you wake up in the morning and you have a zillion flyaways, just pull out the argan oil and smooth them down with a tiny drop. Super simple and super fast. If you need a quick moisture treatment before bed, rub the oil on your hands, elbows, feet, whatever! You can even add a few drops to your moisturizer for the winter months.

My 1st Quickie: Take it off with i.d. On the Spot

I hope you are recovering well from your Halloween festivities last night!
My 1st Quickie this month is i.d. On the Spot eye makeup remover. These little cotton swabs come in a cute little pack that is great for a purse, backpack, car, and your makeup bag. I love these things and rely on them every day! All you have to do is break off the striped side of the swab and the liquid fills in the opposite end, leaving you with a no-mess, no-hassle eye makeup remover to help with makeup pitfalls throughout the day. These also help with foundation or blush smudges so you can have an easy fix and don’t have to worry about redoing all your effort! Let me know your thoughts.

Cheers,
Taylor
